This senior consultant role delivers technology consulting for medtech complaints management and QMS implementations across Veeva’s global life sciences customers. The role is fully remote within the EU or UK and focuses on process analysis, solution design, Vault configuration, and customer implementation leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer processes, gaps, and requirements
• Lead qms complaints implementation workstreams
• Manage communications across customers and third parties
• Develop adoption and enhancement roadmaps
• Guide Vault and industry best-practice adoption
• Support post-implementation continuous improvement programmes
