Summary

This is a senior commercial role leading the development and performance of M&S's embedded credit proposition within its wider payments and financing ecosystem. The role owns commercial strategy, business-case evaluation, partner economics and trading performance through launch and early optimisation, and is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop the proposition's commercial strategy and business case
• Build financial models and maintain forecasts
• Analyse customer and commercial data to guide decisions
• Set launch, trading and test-and-learn plans
• Lead partner selection, negotiation, contracting and governance
• Manage programme decisions, risks and executive reporting
