Summary

This is a senior individual-contributor role supporting NICE's production cloud, datacenter, and server infrastructure. The role covers AWS, Windows, Linux, VMware, and physical datacenter environments, with a 10 PM to 6 AM night shift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production infrastructure for availability and performance
• Administer AWS resources and cloud environments
• Resolve incidents across Windows and Linux servers
• Manage DNS, FTP, IIS, and application environments
• Patch operating systems and update server sizing
• Rack and cable equipment in physical datacenters
• Create IAM accounts and participate in on-call rotations
