Summary

The senior category manager will own sourcing strategy, supplier performance, and commercial optimisation across ASOS's global logistics and infrastructure categories. The hybrid role covers last-mile delivery, freight, warehousing, fulfilment, and automation, with at least three days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategies across logistics categories
• Build cost models and benchmark supplier rates
• Manage supplier SLAs, KPIs, and QBRs
• Assess risks across freight and warehouse networks
• Evaluate emissions and lower-impact logistics alternatives
• Identify emerging delivery and warehouse technologies
• Present category recommendations to senior leadership
