This is a senior client-facing technology consulting role in Deloitte's Atlassian Centre of Excellence, focused on designing, implementing, and optimising Jira Service Management, Customer Service Management, and Assets solutions. The role leads client engagements and capability development across multiple projects, with hybrid working from a uk office and travel or remote collaboration as required.

• Lead client engagements across service collection
• Assess service management improvement opportunities
• Design and demonstrate tailored Atlassian solutions
• Configure workflows, portals, automations, and SLAs
• Design asset schemas and reporting models
• Advise on enterprise ecosystem integrations
