Summary

This senior individual-contributor account executive will win and expand mid-market recruitment and HR accounts in London, owning a named book of approximately 150 targets across the full sales cycle. The role is heavily outbound, based five days a week in the Shoreditch office, and offers £180k+ OTE plus equity.

Responsibilities

• Prospect 150 named london mid-market accounts
• Run outbound sequences and open new opportunities
• Sell across TA teams and c-suite buyers
• Close full-lifecycle mid-market deals
• Expand live accounts from one role to six
• Adapt sales processes for complex deals
• Feed customer insights into product development
