Summary

The scientific product manager will bring partner laboratories and their experimental workflows onto CuspAI’s materials discovery platform. They will own lab onboarding and translate scientific requirements into product work, collaborating with materials scientists, machine learning researchers, and engineers. The role is hybrid, with three days per week in the office and regular travel to partner labs.

Responsibilities

• Shape roadmaps for experimental data and protocols
• Write requirements for instruments and data connections
• Map partner lab workflows, instruments, and data systems
• Lead lab onboarding through the first closed-loop campaign
• Design optimisation campaigns with machine learning researchers
• Validate campaigns against manual and legacy workflows
