This role handles claimant non-portal RTA personal injury claims from instruction through settlement or litigation. The position is based in Leeds with a 50% hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Manage claimant non-portal RTA claims
• Investigate liability and assess damages
• Negotiate settlements with third parties
• Progress litigated claims through settlement
• Support clients throughout their claims
• Maintain accurate caseload records
