Summary

This onsite role operates rotational moulding machinery at Octopus Energy Heating's growing manufacturing and R&D premises in Portadown. The operator will prepare moulds, monitor production, maintain equipment, inspect plastic products, and follow manufacturing safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare moulds and load raw materials
• Set machine temperature, speed, and cycle parameters
• Operate rotational moulding machines during production
• Inspect finished plastic products for defects
• Perform minor repairs and routine machine maintenance
• Record production quantities, settings, and quality inspections
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards
