Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of EMEA roadshows
• Manage schedules, travel, venues and meeting logistics
• Coordinate investor meetings, webinars and conference sessions
• Communicate with banking teams, clients and providers
• Manage roadshow budgets, invoices and reconciliations
• Maintain confidentiality, risk and control standards
