Summary

The RFP writer prepares proposals, questionnaires, and other client deliverables that explain Wellington Management’s investment capabilities to institutional prospects and clients. The role is suited to an early-career candidate and works from the office four days a week, with one remote day.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and proofread RFPs and RFIs
• Coordinate questionnaire responses with subject matter experts
• Maintain reusable content in Loopio
• Retrieve and validate quantitative data in Excel
• Use Python and firm tools to improve deliverable efficiency
• Support client-facing materials for prospects and existing clients
