Summary

The revenue operations associate will support Omnea's go-to-market, customer, and finance teams by maintaining CRM systems, improving data quality, and building reporting. This is an early-career hybrid role with broad exposure to GTM systems, pipeline analytics, incentive tracking, and startup operations, with in-person work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM data, permissions, and workflows
• Support configuration and integration of GTM tools
• Evaluate and implement new revenue tools
• Identify and correct incomplete or inconsistent data
• Build dashboards tracking pipeline and funnel KPIs
• Monitor commission and incentive calculations
• Train new GTM and customer team joiners
