Responsibilities

• Maintain candidate availability for short-term cover bookings
• Complete onboarding and assessments for teaching candidates
• Build positive relationships with candidates on the platform
• Match candidate skills to school requirements
• Complete right-to-work checks during candidate vetting
• Coordinate booking fulfilment with sales and technology teams
