Summary

Research engineer on anthropic’s rl velocity team, building and improving rl training infrastructure and tooling to increase efficiency and reliability of the rl science stack. The role focuses on removing bottlenecks across the rl stack, partnering with researchers and adjacent engineering teams, and owning end-to-end reliability and performance of research runs. This is a location-based hybrid role with staff expected in an office at least 25% of the time.
