Summary

Research engineer/scientist role focused on post-training for agentic ai models. You will develop and train llms and vlms, design large-scale distributed training systems and data pipelines, and evaluate model performance for instruction following and tool use. The role is hybrid with an expectation to be in the office about 3 days per week and some travel between paris and london offices.
