The relationship director will originate, structure, negotiate, and manage complex real estate lending opportunities for professional real estate investors, including transactions of £10m and above. This director-level role combines new-business origination, relationship management, credit structuring, risk analysis, and ownership of the customer journey through completion.

Responsibilities

• Originate and structure complex real estate loans
• Negotiate and execute £10m+ lending facilities
• Analyse rental and market sensitivities
• Structure security packages for downside protection
• Prepare and present evidence-based credit papers
• Manage customer journeys through loan completion
• Develop relationships with investors and brokers
