Summary

The Reconciliations Team Leader leads day-to-day reconciliation operations and provides technical ownership of the firm's reconciliation platform and controls. The role leads and develops the reconciliation team, supports regulatory compliance and automation, and is hybrid with at least 50% of working time each month in the office.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily reconciliation operations and control oversight
• Oversee CASS funding and SIPP rebalancing activities
• Investigate exceptions, aged breaks and funding exposures
• Coach and develop reconciliation administrators
• Design and test automated reconciliations and control enhancements
• Resolve system issues with technology teams and suppliers
• Maintain reconciliation procedures and system documentation
