Summary

The Reconciliations Team Leader leads the day-to-day operation of AJ Bell’s reconciliation team and acts as technical owner for its reconciliation systems and controls. The role manages team performance, workload and operational risks, and is hybrid with at least 50% of working time spent in the office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop reconciliation team members
• Oversee timely reconciliations and funding activities
• Manage workload, attendance, leave and resource planning
• Investigate aged breaks, exposures and control risks
• Maintain reconciliation system performance and control documentation
• Analyse trends and drive process improvements
• Support audits, testing and system upgrades
