Summary

The Quality & Technical Specialist will own quality management, product compliance, supplier governance, and technical documentation for ZOE’s food and consumer health products. This mid-level role supports manufacturing partners, retail launches, audits, recalls, testing, and quality improvement across the UK and EU supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Maintain qms records and audit schedules
• Manage supplier onboarding, audits, and approvals
• Review product specifications and packaging artwork
• Assess allergen risks and validate clean-downs
• Lead mock recalls and traceability exercises
• Oversee laboratory testing and shelf-life studies
• Investigate complaints and implement corrective actions
