Summary

This director-level role leads complex pension risk transfer implementation and client servicing within L&G’s Institutional Retirement business. It covers defined benefit scheme onboarding, transaction delivery and service proposition development, with hybrid working between home and the office.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on pensions and regulatory matters
• Prepare tailored servicing responses for RFQs
• Present servicing content in pitches and finals
• Manage onboarding and implementation for complex PRT transactions
• Produce governance documentation and management information
• Review implementations with trustees, advisers, and administrators
• Develop team pensions transition and onboarding capability
