Summary

The Transitions Manager will oversee the end-to-end transition of new pension risk transfer business, managing scheme plans, milestones, risks and stakeholder activity. The role supports defined benefit pension scheme onboarding and business development while working flexibly between home and office locations in a hybrid arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Develop scheme-specific transition plans for PRT transactions
• Manage end-to-end transition activity across milestones
• Agree data and benefit verification processes
• Support tenders and opportunity-specific documentation
• Lead internal workstreams across L&G teams
• Maintain transition MI and update management
• Complete post-transition reviews and close schemes
