Summary

The Transitions Director will lead complex pension risk transfer implementations and shape client servicing propositions for defined benefit pension schemes. This is a senior, client-facing role involving trustees, sponsors, advisers and internal stakeholders, with hybrid working between home and office.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise across pension transition matters
• Own tailored servicing responses for RFQs
• Lead client content for pitches
• Manage end-to-end PRT transaction implementation
• Produce governance documentation and management information
• Complete post-implementation reviews with trustees
• Develop pensions transition and onboarding capability
