Summary

The Transitions Manager supports the delivery of new pension risk transfer business, managing scheme-specific plans and transition activity across a portfolio of transactions. The role works with trustees, advisers, brokers, administrators and internal teams in a hybrid home-and-office arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Develop scheme-specific transition plans for PRT transactions
• Manage end-to-end scheme transition timelines and milestones
• Coordinate data and benefit verification processes
• Support PRT tenders and business development activity
• Lead internal workstreams across transition delivery
• Maintain transition management information and updates
• Complete post-transition reviews and scheme closeouts
