Summary

This is a transitions manager role supporting the delivery of new pension risk transfer business. The role manages scheme-specific transition plans and coordinates with trustees, advisers, brokers, administrators and internal teams in a hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Develop scheme-specific transition plans for PRT transactions
• Manage timelines, risks and milestones across scheme transitions
• Agree data and benefit verification processes with stakeholders
• Support tenders, beauty parades and opportunity documentation
• Lead internal workstreams across L&G teams
• Maintain transition management information and provide timely updates
• Complete post-transition reviews and close schemes effectively
