Summary

The Proposal Tools Analyst will support Everpure’s Apollo programme by documenting existing sales proposal and business case tools and defining requirements for a consolidated proposal platform. The role also covers testing, safe retirement of legacy tools, and recommendations for RFP and RFQ tooling; it is remote.

Responsibilities

• Document existing proposal and business case tools
• Trace data sources, assumptions, and calculation logic
• Translate field needs into testable platform requirements
• Prioritise requirements with field and programme leads
• Map legacy capabilities to retirement criteria
• Coordinate testing, sign-off, and sales cutover training
• Compare RFP tooling options and recommend an approach
