Summary

The senior eCOA proposal manager will lead end-to-end proposal, contract, and change order development for clinical trial customers in the life sciences industry. This remote Work Anywhere role supports sales Account Partners by translating clinical protocols into accurate eCOA solutions, scopes, timelines, staffing plans, and costs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clinical trial protocols for eCOA components
• Develop competitive proposals, contracts, and change orders
• Define project scopes, staffing, timelines, and costs
• Answer client technical and operational inquiries
• Support sales Account Partners through contracting
• Manage multiple assignments under competing deadlines
• Scale proposal and contract frameworks
