Summary

The senior property manager will own the end-to-end residential property experience for residents across Lloyds Living's uk portfolio. The hybrid role manages tenancy operations, repairs, compliance, contractors, suppliers and asset performance from the Manchester office.

Responsibilities

• Manage in-tenancy resident and repair activities
• Oversee planned and reactive property maintenance
• Coordinate contractors, quotations, works orders and invoices
• Maintain property compliance and operational reporting
• Manage tenancy complaints, escalations and arrears
• Oversee end-of-tenancy activities and deposit negotiations
• Monitor portfolio condition and asset performance
