Summary

An early-career project delivery role owning healthcare product implementations from kickoff through go-live and early adoption. You’ll work across customer and internal teams, with frequent travel to UK customer sites and occasional trips to Stockholm.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple implementation projects from kickoff to go-live
• Build 60–90 day rollout plans with milestones
• Run weekly check-ins and prepare status updates
• Identify delivery risks and drive issue resolution
• Coordinate training, communications, and go-live readiness
• Track post-launch adoption and improve customer engagement
• Create reusable rollout templates, checklists, and playbooks
