Summary

The Programme Manager will lead enterprise-wide technology and business transformation initiatives spanning Oracle Finance, Workday, and business model redesign. The role coordinates multiple workstreams, teams, and suppliers and manages programme budgets and investment tracking. It is a hybrid role requiring onsite work 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Guide transformation programmes from initiation through adoption
• Maintain consolidated plans across workstreams and suppliers
• Establish governance and track programme delivery
• Manage programme budgets, forecasts, and investment tracking
• Lead steering committees and report programme risks
• Coordinate business change, implementation, and adoption
• Manage supplier relationships and contractual commitments
