Summary

The program finance lead will support Shield AI’s Hivemind business unit through financial modeling, forecasting, operational analysis, and program performance management. This lead-level role partners with engineering, operations, product, and program management teams across aerospace and defense programs.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models for budgeting and forecasting
• Analyze data and recommend actions to leadership
• Track program costs and workforce planning
• Support earned value management frameworks
• Monitor actuals, plans, risks, and EAC updates
• Support period-end close and variance reporting
• Improve financial reporting through automation
