Summary

Provide client-facing application support for Charles River IMS, an enterprise investment management platform. Investigate technical and business issues across buy-side workflows, configurations, integrations, and data, working with clients and internal teams to resolve cases.

Responsibilities

• Investigate issues across investment workflows and systems
• Analyze logs, database records, and reconciliation breaks
• Identify root causes and distinguish defects from configuration issues
• Support client-specific workflows, customizations, and integrations
• Coordinate investigations with product engineering and internal teams
• Recommend solutions, workarounds, and best practices
• Manage client cases and escalate service-impacting risks
