Summary

Arq is hiring a product owner to build and own its operating system, including a company-wide kpi platform, an employee directory, and back-office tools. You will work end-to-end with founders, engineers, and department leads, owning the strategy, roadmap, and execution. The role is mid-level (2 to 5 years experience) and follows an office policy of 3-4 days a week in-office.

Responsibilities

• Own operating system product strategy and roadmap
• Ship the company-wide kpi platform end-to-end
• Build employee directory profiles and org chart
• Drive department leads to define and report kpis
• Partner with back-office engineering on architecture
• Track adoption and iterate based on feedback
