Summary

This hands-on product manager owns Real Estate product definition and roadmap on Shawbrook’s Core Banking Platform, Thought Machine Vault Core. The role defines lending mechanics and precise engineering requirements, working closely with engineers, Real Estate, Operations, Finance, Data, and Risk & Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define real estate initiatives for the vault roadmap
• Discover bridging and development finance propositions
• Translate lending terms into smart contract requirements
• Model interest, fees, payments, and edge cases
• Review implementations and sign off through uat
• Embed regulatory, accounting, and audit controls
• Coordinate product behaviour with engineering and operations
