Summary

The product implementation specialist owns customer implementations from signed contract through launch across Humaans's HRIS and Athena platforms. The role focuses on SaaS implementation, data migration, configuration, integrations, and AI-enabled workflow improvement, and is based in person with office attendance Monday through Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation projects from scoping through launch
• Lead complex data migrations for global customers
• Configure workflows, policies, and organisational structures
• Guide customers through integrations, APIs, and webhooks
• Manage stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and Operations
• Improve implementation playbooks with AI-enabled workflows
• Handover launched customers to Customer Success
