Summary

Wise is hiring a product director/product lead to lead onboarding experiences, overseeing consumer onboarding, account setup, and account access & recovery. You will manage 3–4 pm(s) and drive conversion and drop-off improvements across signup, kyc, account creation, login, account recovery, and 2fa, partnering with design, research, engineering, analytics, compliance, operations, and marketing. The role is a leadership position reporting to the onboarding & scalable growth director.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding product teams across wise
• Improve conversion for new personal customers
• Eliminate drop-offs across signup and kyc flows
• Own login, account recovery, and 2fa experience
• Improve ux across onboarding journeys
• Set and track onboarding product metrics
• Partner with compliance, security, and marketing
