Axle Energy is hiring its first product designer to shape experiences across consumer and business-to-consumer energy products. The role spans product design, user research, design systems, and visual identity, with hybrid working and 2–3 days a week in the Farringdon office.

Responsibilities

• Understand user problems and design product experiences
• Build scalable design systems in Claude and code
• Deepen user research across B2C and B2B2C products
• Lead visual identity across web and animation
• Tell Axle’s story through video and web
• Help global clients improve their user experiences
• Coach teams to raise the quality of design
