Responsibilities

• Map existing global operational processes and identify bottlenecks
• Design standardized and scalable future-state processes
• Align operational controls with regulatory expectations
• Establish control evidence, KPIs, monitoring, and audit documentation
• Build 12-month domain strategies and execution plans
• Track process outcomes and identify patterns that may cause incidents
• Lead, coach, hire, and performance-manage process engineers
