Summary

This principal individual-contributor role leads a strategically important product area focused on participant trust and the responsible stewardship of genomic data for research. It coordinates discovery and product direction across teams and related services, with a hybrid working arrangement and a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead product vision across related products and squads
• Translate strategy into OKRs, roadmaps, and priorities
• Frame ambiguous problems and lead early discovery
• Gather research and evidence to test assumptions
• Manage dependencies and trade-offs across multidisciplinary teams
• Mentor product managers and strengthen product practice
