This principal-level individual contributor will own core product journeys and AI agent experiences for Searchable’s B2B marketing platform. The role is hands-on and office-based near London Bridge, with responsibility spanning product execution, agent evaluation, and product direction.

Responsibilities

• Own core journeys from signup through monitoring
• Define engineering deliverables and detailed product specifications
• Build clickable prototypes to demonstrate product changes
• Set agent autonomy and human approval boundaries
• Measure agent changes with evals before release
• Analyse chat transcripts and customer conversations
