Summary

CesiumAstro is hiring a principal hardware engineer to lead end-to-end development of complex electronics for satellites, spacecraft, uavs, and other aerospace systems. The role combines hands-on architecture, schematic design, pcb layout, analysis, testing, production delivery, and technical leadership in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end designs for complex electronics modules
• Develop hardware architectures and write system requirements
• Design schematics and pcb layouts in altium designer
• Perform worst-case, signal, and power integrity analyses
• Create bring-up and design verification plans
• Lead hardware teams through validation and production
• Mentor engineers and support cross-disciplinary hardware development
