Summary

The principal business analyst will lead data and technology change across Schroders' data technology platforms, with a focus on crm, client lifecycle processes, governance, and analytics. The role uses sql, sql server, and snowflake and is expected to work five days per week with around 40% of the time remotely.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and elicit business requirements
• Translate needs into testable data specifications
• Use sql to profile and validate data
• Partner with engineers and architects on solutions
• Coordinate uat, reconciliation, and defect management
• Manage releases, handovers, and production readiness
• Surface risks, dependencies, and delivery trade-offs
