The Platform Business Management Lead Analyst supports governance, operational risk and control processes, supplier oversight, and financial analysis across Schroders’ Global Operating Platform. The role is based in London and works with teams across the organisation, including London and Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative governance processes across the platform
• Maintain the risk and controls framework and track issues
• Monitor adherence to business process standards
• Prepare financial forecasts and investigate costs
• Support supplier governance and procurement policy adherence
• Maintain a global inventory of controls and procedures
