The People Operations Partner will run and improve core employee lifecycle processes within tem's Performance team. The role covers UK and employer-of-record payroll, people systems, employee support and automation, and is remote-first.

Responsibilities

• Run accurate monthly payroll across UK and EOR employees
• Deliver onboarding, employee changes, leave and offboarding
• Resolve employee and manager queries
• Maintain accurate employee data and documentation
• Build automations connecting people systems and workflows
• Improve recurring processes and measure their effectiveness
• Create dashboards and analysis for business decisions
