Summary

This senior individual-contributor role owns People Operations and the workplace experience for 9fin’s Belfast office. The role covers employee lifecycle processes, UK compliance, policy, strategic projects, facilities and people data. It is hybrid, with employees expected in their designated office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Run Belfast employee lifecycle operations
• Maintain audit-ready records and compliance controls
• Update Northern Ireland policies and handbook guidance
• Lead strategic People Operations projects end-to-end
• Design workflows and automations to reduce manual work
• Manage Belfast office facilities and supplier relationships
• Build people data reports and recommend operational changes
