Summary

This is a senior individual-contributor role owning day-to-day people operations for 9fin’s uk workforce, including compliance, policies, casework and operational projects. The role partners with the london workplace manager and other cross-functional teams in a hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Manage uk employee lifecycle processes and records
• Maintain employment compliance and audit-ready controls
• Draft and roll out employee policies
• Lead people operations projects from scope through delivery
• Design workflows and automations across employee processes
• Handle complex uk people cases with people partners
• Build dashboards and present data-backed recommendations
