Summary

The People Advisor supports People Partners and mid-level managers across employee relations, organisational design, performance management and business transformation. The role also improves people processes and workflows while contributing to a more strategic, insight-led People function. Trainline operates a hybrid model requiring office attendance at least 60% of the time over a 12-week period.

Responsibilities
