Summary

The payroll project lead will deliver end-to-end payroll projects supporting expansion into existing and new markets. The role is based in Wise’s London office and is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, and risk registers
• Assess payroll readiness for new markets
• Coordinate internal teams and external payroll vendors
• Lead payroll build, testing, and go-live sign-off
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Support post-implementation hypercare
