• Manage maintenance contracts in the ERP system
• Set up customer contracts from customer orders
• Invoice licenses, cloud, maintenance, and recurring products
• Quality-assure subscription calculations and invoicing
• Accrue revenue, direct costs, and partner commissions
• Analyze recurring revenue variances and report KPIs
• Support accounts receivable and cash collection duties
