Summary

This senior 12-month contract role will partner with Wealth Operations to plan, govern and embed transformation across multiple concurrent programmes. Based in Horsham with time in the London headquarters, the role focuses on operational readiness, change adoption, controls, user acceptance testing and scalable automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own the operations change roadmap and dependencies
• Represent operational needs in governance decisions
• Coordinate SMEs across concurrent transformation projects
• Support readiness testing training and go-live planning
• Connect operating model process technology and controls
• Identify automation and AI-enabled improvement opportunities
• Report readiness progress and change load
