This mid-level operations manager role owns the operative acquisition and onboarding funnel across Relay’s sortation sites. The role combines workforce supply planning, funnel analytics, and process automation, with four days on-site and one day remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the operative funnel from attraction through retention
• Forecast applicant supply, training capacity, and site demand
• Improve right-to-work checks and qualification conversion
• Optimise training sessions, waitlists, and candidate engagement
• Support starter activation, shift fill, and communications
• Build site-level funnel dashboards, alerts, and reporting
• Reduce cancellations, no-shows, and operative inactivity
